How does Online Mediation work?
E-mediation [or online mediation] enables parties to mediate their disputes online in a convenient and secure, virtual environment. The process can be conducted between parties and their attorneys almost anywhere in the world via an internet connection. Parties appear simultaneously on the computer screen thus no telephone sessions or face-to-face meetings are required. What do participants need to participate?
