Fees & Payment Information
Half-Day Mediation
$500 TOTAL :: $250 per Person
A half-day is a four-hour mediation session. All hours after four hours are billed at $125.00 per hour and divided equally by the parties.
Full-Day Mediation
$1000 TOTAL :: $500 per Person
A full day is an eight-hour mediation session. All hours after eight hours are billed at $125.00 per hour and divided equally by the parties.
Cancellation Policy
Once a mediation has been scheduled, notification of cancellation must be received within five [5] business days of the date of mediation. Cancellation of the mediation by either party for any reason in less than five [5] business days of the mediation date is subject to a cancellation fee of $75 per party for a half-day mediation and $100 per party for a full-day mediation.
